Spirit of Oceana bases all its activities on a holistic vision of being, embodied in its Reiki Energy Academy.

But what is philosophy, after all? It is the continuous search for the meaning of existence and human nature, a profound investigation that explores the possibilities and limits of knowledge. It starts from a simple and powerful principle: every part already contains within itself the elements of the whole, and the whole is more than the sum of its parts.

The Reiki Energy Academy considers the human being as an integrated unit of Soul, Spirit, Body and Mind. Only by recognizing and harmonizing these aspects can one achieve true Balance.

In our society, however, we tend to intervene starting from the imbalance: we address the symptoms, we label the discomfort as a disease, but we rarely get to the root. We often limit ourselves to suppressing the effect without understanding the cause.

We believe that only by starting from the deep and spiritual origin of the discomfort is it possible to activate the process of self-healing. In this vision, healing does not simply mean eliminating the symptom, but undertaking a spiritual path of rebalancing and awareness.

To do so, it is necessary to embrace a unified vision of the human being and of reality. A flower that does not bloom may need a different environment to flourish, but other flowers, in the same soil, may instead thrive: it is the understanding of individuality that makes the difference.
