During the advanced teachings of the IV Level, the following will be taught over a period of support from the Master:

SUPPORT

Through constant practice, progressive and detailed teaching practiced in real cases assisting the Master and a rigorous focus on the objective, the elimination of all barriers that distance Master and Student will be achieved.

These barriers are purely fictitious and linked exclusively to the seniority of knowledge and practice of the techniques.

Once this level is reached, as with martial arts, especially Aikido, this quote will apply: "The black belt is not an end, but only a goal, a simple point along the path. From here on, one will work so hard that this belt will become so worn that it will lose color and return to being white. Only through the completion of this circle, from white to black and from black to white, will one understand the depth of the Way."

CEREMONY

The celebration of the recognition of the self in the Other.

It is a recognition between peers: from this moment on the Student is no longer such because he is now ready to be a Master in his turn.

Knowledge has no end, from this point the research will continue but at a more subtle level.

What changes is the purpose: no longer oneself but others and Reiki as the Way.
